The Visitor's Forum page is your gateway to communicating with other family and friends of Airman who are experiencing a similar event: the training of your Airman. Although your sons and daughters may not be able to read the comments you make in the forum, as they have little or no access to Internet connect computers while in training, you'll find that there are many other people out there who want to share their ideas, experiences, concerns, and optimism with you. And they will be more than willing to respond to your questions. You'll find many questions and answers on the forum that should fulfill your curiosity about military training and the military way of life; unlike e-mail which is slow and targeted at only a few people, a forum allows visitors to post comments and questions, read responses to their posted questions and to questions submitted by other visitors, and to get to know each other in a very informal way. While trainees are unable to receive e-mail while in training, their parents can still communicate with other parents through the forum, lending each other support and boosting each other's morale. It's not only important for the trainees to have a high morale, but also that the parents be strong for their children and support them in this critical time in their military careers.

Most of the questions you have about training have probably already been answered in the Frequently Asked Questions, so check there first before asking a question in the Forum that might already have been answered. If after having read through all the pages of information on this site, you still have questions, send me an inquiry and I will get back to you as soon as possible with an accurate and current answer.

• Keep it Clean - No Vulgarity: Filters are in place to intercept certain vulgar words, but there is really no reason to use such language on this Forum. If you have a beef with a particular person, take it outside. Repeat offenders will be banned, no questions asked.
• No Personal Attacks - See the previous rule. Be nice to each other - you'll win more friends with a smile than with a fist.
• This is not meant to be a chat room - solicitation for sex, drugs, or other illegal matters will be dealt with immediate bans.
• Forums have been created that seem to address common issues - but feel free to add Forums and Topics that aren't included. We'll still monitor their use, though, and if they fit another category, we may still move them around.
